Rachel Ann Dine, LMHC, LPC, LPCC has been actively public speaking about a variety of mental health topics since 2009. She has appeared as the guest on numerous podcasts and has been featured in written national publications on mental health. In addition to this, over the years, Rachel Ann has had the opportunity to be the keynote speaker in community talks and trainings to a variety of businesses (school system, hospital, real estate, hair stylists to name a few) on how employees and business owners can increase overall mental health by setting healthy work life boundaries, managing people pleasing, and stress reduction techniques.

Rachel Ann has had the opportunity to be interviewed on various YouTube channels relating to cult education, and forensic psychology and provided expert segments as well as hosted a local Virginia television show on mental health. In addition to hosting her own podcast in the past, The Three L’s, which covers a wide variety of psychological topics, Rachel Ann also hosted Living Freely Podcast, Norfolk Public Library’s podcast on mental health. Several years ago, Rachel Ann started her own YouTube channel to offer psychological commentary on current events, cult education, and domestic violence awareness (link below to watch now).
